Laboratory Test Method Evaluations:

Test method evaluations are mandatory requirements for all clinical and diagnostic laboratories (ISO15189:2015 and GCLP) on one hand. All commercially available test methods approved for public and in-country use must undergo an evaluation process as determined and mandated by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board. We have placed our team of skilled and experienced laboratory specialists on standby to provide laboratory test method evaluation services to any laboratory in need. We will look at the test scope for each laboratory and design a suitable and unique validation protocol within its current operational structures and budget. In conducting such test method evaluations, we use the Standard Operating Procedures developed for public use. We have strategically put in place a communication team which is in constant touch with manufacturers of diagnostic systems. Should any new method be developed or an existing method modified, then we are the first to know. This enables us to quickly look into ways in which it can be evaluated for local use by the support from our technical teams, our specimen repositories, our clinical sites as well as input from our strategic partners locally. Please contact our customer service for further details on these services.
